Service of security at the gate is poor, poor communication by the host and I wish everything could be sent in advance before checking in, poor condition of the bathroom which was not smelling so good and it’s without a toilet paper, I also didn’t like the fact that we were told that we can’t access the beach at all on the date of checking out unless we pay, the tuckshop sold us all 6 rotten avocados in a plastic which shows that they don’t check the condition of the food they sell to people, we needed a new code to leave the premises, I sent a text to the host and to date there’s no reply until we had to go to the management office where the service was slow and poor, we waited 20 minutes to get exit code and we were told it was a favour to give us the code as it is the host who’s supposed to do that yet the host doesn’t communicate. Lastly, the WiFi was not working and I had to connect my own pocket router.

I did not get any breakfast. Host had forgotten about the booking. Nothing was prepared in the room

The people who work there are not friendly and the service is very slow. you spend most of the time enquiring about something or queuing for access and information
