"Horrible experience"

The pools

The host kept us waiting outside the complex for an hour (she kept ignoring our calls it felt like a scam) only to find out later from her that she offered her apartment to someone else. The plan B apartment was not prepared. I wish l had brought along my own linen from home. 19.03.2023 we kept calling her to check out once more she ignored our calls. Got no help from the security gaurds and the help office. Had to wait for her only to come way later in the day.

INFORMATION,SECURITY ARE NOT HELPFULL VERY RUDE,RECEPTION AREA IS WORSE,KEYS HIDDEN U CALL U CAN RESPONSE AFTER SOMETIMES,USING TVSMART IS SO USELESS,I NEVER BEEN IN THE HOTEL THAT IS NOISY UNTIL IN THEMORNING HOURS
