Hatfield, Grosvenor Private apartment.

The place was clean n had streaming TV.. the bed was comfy with electric blanket.

Cold shower in de morning n de rooms r cold no air-conditioned.

The room was spacious and clean

There was no water and electricit when i asked the secu he said the electricity was cut off since a day before my arrival.,and there was no meabs provided to make my stay comfortable. I regretted ever booking a NON HOTEL.

The apartment is value for money. Superb location and no load shedding. Close to nearby shopping malls at Hatfield and a walking distance to UP, HPC

The location was not bad, safe parking

The place is very badly kept, not in a good condition. The bedding and towels were not clean, the shower has a lot to be desired of. No maintenance has been done and the place does not reflect the picture presented on the website.

That staff is kind. The room was clean. It was a really nice stay. I would recommend it.

The location

When we got there, we were told that they did not have our booking. We gave them the booking reference and still waited for 2 hours from 2 pm to 4 pm to be allowed into the apartment. The place also does not have a backup for power, and there was no electricity when we arrived. It was restored from midnight till 3am, and there was no electricity till our checkout time. The towels provided were terribly stained.
