3 Goodrington Lodge, Paignton

I loved the location. The facilities were excellent. Personal preference would’ve preferred hotter water to shower with.

My only suggestion for improvement would be dusting of radiators and fans.

Spacious clean well presented good facilities

Parking space 3 difficult to get into. Some vans blocked us on one occasion. Fortunately no one ever parked in 4 so I was able to manoeuvre in. Not sure I would have got in had a car been parked in 4

Problem with main shower not working but this was quickly rectified the next day and Linda the Housekeeper was very communicative and helpful

Very spacious apartment adjacent to Goodrington Park and a nearby beach. Very well equipped with modern design, a wonderfully comfortable sofa to enjoy the views even on rainy days. Location is second to none, especially for families with children. Very helpful local host who was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly return again and cherish very fond memories of our stay.

Allocated parking space is quite small, so when other cars are parked it's actually pretty tricky to get in, especially of driving larger car. Local host was very helpful though and immediately sought to allocate us different space which worked better (though I would imagine may not be that easy if all spaces are used). Also, it would be great if baby cot and high chair could be made available on request, even if for a small fee as we had to bring ours, which is a significant load when already travelling with small children. However we were aware of them not being available, so this is a tip as otherwise this property is great for families with children.
