La tranquilidad de la urbanización, el apartamento en general espacioso y cómodo y una azotea increíble.

Quizás mejoraría la cama de matrimonio, es muy fina y no se dormía muy cómodo y más almohadas guardadas por si hicieran falta. De resto todo perfecto

La tranquilidad, piscina y zona en general...

No tenía sino 1 llave para todos, ni mando para el garaje, si salía 1 con el coche el resto no podíamos ir a la piscina porque no habían más llaves.

Emplacement super et calme. La piscine est top et entretenue. Appartement spacieux et très propre. Je recommande.

Everything clean spacious all you need amazing terrace

There’s nothing I can complain about in the apartment we stayed in. Except the apartment next door was having work done which was quite noisy at times.

The apartment itself and the location were brilliant. Everything was very good except for one problem: the entire process of getting into the yard where is the building is not very easy, I needed help from the managers of the apartment and I must say the lady talking to me on WhatsApp was extremely nice and helpful, yet the process itself was not an easy one and the main issue there was this: You get only one key which is not very useful in case you are 2 people with 2 different schedules and you need 2 keys to get in the house and that key was good for everywhere, including the garage. Here comes the main problem: On the day when we left I had to have my mom hold the garage door for me because I had to go back in the apartment, leave the key on the table, and then go back to the garage and start the car. The inside door of the garage can t be opened without a key so here comes the problem! If you do not think about how to handle this issue then it can become a big problem because both ways to go out, through the yard or the garage door require a key which you have to leave on the table in the apartment. So this is an issue I do think the owners need to rethink and find a solution for. In the rest everything was brilliant, thank you

Very friendly staff made contact in advance. Sent on pictures and videos to gain access. Most professional and easy to lfollow. Swimming pool was very large and well kept. Two balconies, upstairs balcony huge!

Next door apartments not built yet, look like no construction happening for long time.

The close restaurants and supermarkets.

There is no sandy beach in Palm - Mar. You need to drive to Los Cristianos or other place.
