Very responsive and attentive host.

Perfect starting point for a Plitvice tour.

Good location for a Plitvice visit. Nice and friendly owner, Very convenient parking in front of the building. Spacious appartment. Good heating, also an iron stove. (We were there in December.) Good idea to have a curtain between living room and bedroom part. Information sheet provided, good Wifi. Good price. Overall, an appartment with very promising characteristics, I just suggest a few things to improve.

There was a waterpipe blockage in the bathroom, immediately after our arrival we faced with the fact that soon after using any water, the whole bathroom was flooding. The next day, when we mentioned this, the problem was solved though. Musty smell in the appartment, probably in connection with the fact that the water blockage is a recurring problem (it was visible on the bottom of the bathroom door that this was not the first time). Absolutely insufficient lights. (In the winter months this is inconvenient). We added an extra camping light for dinner and cooking. There could be more kitchen equipment (non-stick frying pan, proper sized mugs etc.) We had the feeling that the appartment was not used for the last months. (Overall it was cleaned but still, there was a feeling of unfreshness.) All in all, my advice, that I give to any appartment owner: move in and live there for just 2 days and you will know immediately, what needs to be changed.

úžasná lokalita, všude jsme měli kousek, jak na Plitvická jezera, tak i na Rastoke. Parkování hned před vchodem. Hezké byly i procházky po okolí. Všude klid a spousta sněhu. Ubytování bylo vkusně zařízeno, nechybělo nám nic, snad jen příborové nože. Byla tam jen steakové do špičky, nevhodné na mazání pomazánek a tak. Paní ale velmi ochotná, nic nebyl problém. Doporučila bych do koupelny odvětrávání, zvláště teď v zimě se tam drželo hodně vlhko. Postele pohodlné, pro dva byl apartmán akorát. Ocenili jsme i možnost přitopit si večer v kamnech na dřevo. Moc díky, rádi se sem někdy vrátíme.

Nic, co by nás nějak nemile překvapilo. Snad jen doporučení- lepší příborové nože a velké hrnky na čaj.:-) Ke gauči bych ocenila lampu na čtení, protože stropní světlo nebylo na večerní čtení úplně dostatečné.

Sve mi se svidjelo, Gospođa Snježana divna domaćica, osjećat ćete se kao kod kuće. Sigurno će mo se ponovno vratiti.

The landlady was very welcoming and introduced the lake, and the room was very clean and tidy – a truly perfect experience.

Excellent in all aspects
