Stunning apartment set in private native woodland

The apartment just had such a cosy relaxed vibe, really specious, fab facilities and spotlessly clean!

Water pressure was a bit low when showering but plus points made up for this!

Location was lovely and quiet

I couldnt use my shower as water was too hot no matter how i tried to turn down! I tried phoning the owner but no reply to my message!

Spacious. Quiet. Easy parking next to door. Easy access with door code.

Instructions on how to find the property need more detail. A post code was given but our Satnav could not find it. Just to be told if it was on the left or right and to give a landmark outside the property would have been really useful as we ended up driving up and down the road. Advertised as having a flat screen tv and I thus presumed there was access to tv. There was not. Only able to access Netflicks when we wanted tv and news. There were a few things missing. No bath mat in the main bathroom left us using one of the towels. The towels were also tiny! The kitchen had no cloth for the sink to wash up. We had flown in for 2 days with hand luggage and so hadn’t packed anything like that. It made washing up very hard. All the windows were closed on arrival and Reed diffusers were throughout the property filling it with a very strong scent. As an asthmatic this severely set this off until we aired the property and gathered up and removed the Reed diffusers. There are no carpets in this property and the floors were cold. A few rugs would make it more homely. The entrance to the property is via a utility room shared with the owners who live downstairs. It the leads to the rental up a flight of stairs. There is a doorframe at the base of the stairs but no door. Whilst the owners did not encroach upon our space the noise of them using the utility room and the washing machine did encroach upon us. A door needs to hung on this doorframe to give more privacy. Provision of some coffee would be welcoming. Teabags were there but coffee jar empty with dust crumbs and not refilled.

Lovely home , comfortable beds

We had some trouble with flushing the toilets and no communication on getting into the property in which we had to stay elsewhere for one of the nights

The location is ok although the road into Ramelton is quite scary with the large Tractors travelling at high speed

The apartment was not as clean as it was last year especially the trap door in the lounge/kitchen area

Bright spacious apartment in a convenient location

Tiled flooring throughout made it cold

Lovely apartment with beautiful scenery🙂

It was all good no dislikes.
