Sehr gute Lage. Netter Vermieter

Heizung ging nur im Bad. Im WZ und SZ ging sie gar nicht oder nur oben etwas lauwarm. Viel zu kalt für Ende Oktober. Trotz Reklamation keine Reparatur und keinen Preisnachlass. Sauberkeit bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen gut.

Excellent location in the old center

I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay in this apartment. The conditions were absolutely unacceptable, and for the price charged, this is beyond outrageous. 1. Disgusting, old, and stained towels The towels provided were beyond terrible—gray from age, covered in stains. Using them was not just unpleasant, it was outright unsanitary. I had to buy new towels at my own expense because the ones provided were simply too disgusting to use. Of course, no one even bothered to reimburse me for this. 2. No basic hygiene essentials There was no shower gel, no shampoo—nothing. These are basic necessities that any rental property should provide. 3. Freezing cold apartment It was +5°C outside, yet inside, it felt like a basement. There were only five radiators, and three of them barely reached 18°C. To make matters worse, the heating kept turning off automatically, meaning that 90% of the time, the radiators were completely cold. The apartment was not just uncomfortable—it was damp and freezing. Within days, my clothes started smelling of mildew, and the bathroom towels never dried. 4. Unusable internet The Wi-Fi was an absolute joke. It kept disconnecting, and when it was “working,” it was painfully slow. At one point, the internet completely cut out in the middle of an important work call, forcing me to run out into the rain to find a café with a stable connection. I messaged the owner about this, and they didn’t even bother to respond. 5. Unsanitary conditions Insects were crawling in the bathroom. This isn’t just about comfort—it’s a hygiene and health hazard. 6. Lack of basic amenities No hairdryer, no washing machine. Even if I could overlook the filthy towels and freezing temperatures, how is anyone supposed to wash their clothes during a longer stay?

Old Town Apartment is a beautiful modern apartment in a old building. Close to amenaties, but so quiet. No chance of being woken at the crack of dawn. Apartment is well equipped and Monika and Micheal are always available if you need anything.

No parking at apartment, but there is parking a short walk away.

Beautifully clean and well equipped apartment in the old town of Rotweil. Close to amenities and a helpful guide to Rotweil recommended spots. Very quiet area. Beds were comfy.

Quite a few rules, but understand why they needed to be articulated. Lack of parking facilities, but paying multistorey carpark a short walk away. Lack of oven.

The apartment is located in an old building right in the Old Town - so you really get the feel of Rottweil, and such great amenity - close to cafes and restaurants and shops and all the beautiful buildings and history of this town.
