Miguel let us at the property. He was delightful and helpful with getting our car parked and getting into the place.

Our host Miguel was super nice and helpful, giving us many recommendations for places to visit in Setúbal. We got complimentary bottle of water and wine. 🫶🏻 The view from the balcony was amazing. Although, because it’s so close to the port, it was pretty loud from time to time there. Bathroom was fresh and clean, kitchen was full of different utensils, toasters and so on. We even had ice in the freezer:))

Wooden furniture including the bed made squeaking/ scraping noises, still not sure what was it.

The entire property was fantastic. The garage space was an added bonus. Really nice touch with the wine and water in the fridge. Miguel was fantastic and so helpful.

Shampoodespenser did not work , if you like to use the garage you need to be an excellent driver, it is very narrow

The apartment is very pleasant with a nice view of the river mouth. Close to downtown. Using the garage helps a lot because the area gets parked up with beach goers taking the ferry to the beach on the other side of the river.

Be aware that the street may not show up accurately on your GPS. The street the entrance is on is "Rua" but Google would only show "Beca," which led to some confusion. Also, the Rua is not really accessible by car anyway. Miguel met us and all was resolved without issue.

In reality the apartment looks even better than on pictures. Design is very nice, there is everything you may need during your stay, every detail is well thought. Terrace with a view is amazing! The host is very welcoming! Location is superb too!

Parking in the garage is a bit challenging but it’s great that there is one:)

Owner is very friendly. The view from the deck is awesome. The rooms are large. Very nice bathroom. Very clean apartment.

Train nearby. Lots of perfumed room deodorizers that we had to remove.

Once again, a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment.
