It was clean overall and was in a good location. The owner was nice.

The AC made noise and there was poop on the floor around the toilet and I stepped without noticing and before bed realized I had some on my shoe I went to the bathroom to clean it and seen where it came from and I tried to clean the floor where I found it and it was to much so we placed the bathroom rug over it.

Estaba todo sucio, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y te daba directamente en la cama, no se podía dormir sin él. Había muchos mosquitos. había arena dentro de la cama.

The stay offered nothing positive. The communication was overwhelming to the point of harassment, completely inappropriate for a Booking accommodation, and being asked to pay through a channel outside Booking felt unsafe and untrustworthy from the very beginning. The kitchen was unusable due to its poor condition, and although the location could have been convenient, the dangerous and claustrophobic structure of the apartment made it impossible to feel safe at any moment. The apartment felt like a locked basement with bars and no safe escape route in case of emergency, creating a genuinely life‑threatening situation for anyone who values their safety. Burned electrical outlets, a non‑functional kitchen, and an overall environment of insecurity made the stay deeply unsettling. The pressure to pay in advance through a non‑Booking channel, combined with constant WhatsApp control, only added to the distress. Not reading all the reviews beforehand was a mistake, because anyone looking for a calm or safe stay would never choose a place like this. A property with these conditions should not be listed for rent at all, and certainly not at the price being charged. It is scandalous that a platform like Booking allows a place this unsafe to remain available to guests.

SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS---shortly after booking i started receiving multiple messages from 'Joe' telling me to pay 50% deposit before arrival or he would cancel,, after seeing the apt i was concerned at the POOR CONDITION of the entire apt then 'Joe', a very pushy puertorican man in his 60s,, proceeds to tell me everything i cant use including the washing machine and storage which he writes on 'NOT WORKING OR DONT OPEN' and that i need to check out before 10a...But it only gets worse as i left to get some dinner there is a living room private door that Joe appears to use to gain UNAUTHORIZED entry into the apt while youre away...ALSO In the bedroom i noticed some red blinking lights when the room was dark SPY CAMERAS...after check out Joe proceeded to tell me a list of everything i did wrong but what was really concerning is that he says he saw me try to use the washing machine ??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME THIS CREEP MUST HAVE CAMERAS IN THE APT---REPORTED TO BOOKING
