Orchard Cottage

The location was great, it's a 15 minute walk next to The Byes into town so really easy to get to. The cottage is small but had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Parking is on street opposite which was handy, and there's a really pretty, sunny garden out the front which is lovely.

The shower pressure is very low but we've fed this back and hopefully they'll be able to fit a pump at some point. Apart from that, there wasn't anything we didn't like - we had a really lovely week in this very lovely cottage.

The location alongside the River Sid, with lovely walks down to the sea.

The TV could do with upgrading, & the shower could be better.

It had a large clean comfy bed. The location was good for Sidmouth Town centre and walks along the river.

The bungalow was overlooked and afforded little privacy. There were no pleasant views from a very tiny outdoor sitting area which was again overlooked. The interior was shabby and in need of re furnishing/decorating. Basic housework had been neglected. Very disappointed at the location of the property being so close to the road and closed in by adjacent properties. I would never return to this overpriced accommodation.

A lot quieter than expected being close to a access road to heart of town.Parking no issues, comfortable and not over fussy decor which makes you feel more relaxed. Walking to town along the river a joy .Sidmouth is a gem of a town with very friendly local people beautiful walks and view's in all directions and surrounding villages recommend slightly out of season visit to really appreciate all on offer. A lovely place to stay for a night or two weeks a big thanks to are host for a spotlessly clean cottage.

Had to think for a very long time to think of any down sides.May be a DAB radio to replace existing, radio 4 reception poor .But even suppling a radio was a plus in my book!

A wonderful cosy cottage which was ideally situated just a 10 minute walk from Sidmouth centre along the picturesque stream path. The cottage was clean, tidy and well equipped and was in the perfect position for a lovely restful stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything and couldn't fault it.

Located in a nice and quiet area. Very clean and tidy. Felt very cosy and homely.

Could do with a few more oven trays as selection was very limited.
