The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Communication with the host was excellent – very friendly and responsive. The location is right in the city centre, with convenient access and the possibility to park temporarily to unload luggage. Highly recommended!

Un lloc fantastic on estar a Ortigia, al centre i sense soroll a la nit. L'amfitriona molt bé, ens va ensenyar un lloc on aparcar al centre sense pagar i sense multa.

Vam arribar un festiu i no tenien oli per cuinar, em semblar bàsic tenir almenys una mica d'oli. Per una altra banda es un tercer pis sense ascensor, es fa feixuc pujar les maletes. I l'escala feia una mica d'olor a combustible diesel, es probable que hi hagi una caldera de gas-oil. Pel que fa a l'apartament, el lavabo es una mica just respecte a la resta del pis, li cal una reforma.

Perfect location, with nice rooftop and great price-value. Fiorella and Maria are excellent and super friendly hosts.

It’s a 3rd floor without elevator

Wir waren zu zweit in der sehr großzügigen Wohnung. Küchengeräte, Geschirr und Besteck sind hinreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr licht und tadellos sauber (das Gebäude im Hinterhof ist dagegen gruselig). Beide Schlafzimmer sind groß und auch für Paare geeignet. Die Lage ist großartig, die Dachterrasse außergewöhnlich mit schönem Blick auf den Hafen (und manchmal Kreuzfahrtschiffe). Wir haben Fiorella als Gastgeberin kennengelernt. Sie war sehr herzlich, gastfreundlich und großzügig - Danke dafür! Manchmal wird in Kommentaren erwähnt, dass man drei Stockwerke nach oben laufen muss. Das stimmt und wir haben es als positives sportliches Training verstanden.

Würde man mit einer größeren Gruppe da sein, wäre sicherlich eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine hilfreich. Wir haben diese nicht gebraucht, obwohl wir viel gekocht haben. Wofür Fiorella (und die Wohnung) nicht verantwortlich ist: die Parkplatzsituation in der Nähe von oder auf Ortigia ist kritisch und parken sehr teuer. Vorsicht: es gibt eine ZTL mit Videoüberwachung. Eine verbotene Einfahrt nach Ortigia kann teuer werden. Aber auch das hat selbstverständlich nicht Fiorella zu vertreten.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable apartment. Host was very helpful before arriving, greeted us on arrival. Has access to rooftop terrace, perfect for watching sunsets.

We got our steps in going up the stairs to the third floor!
