"Disaster, will newer use booking com. Again."

No break Enjoyed. There was nobody to give us the key for the Unit A10. Room. We left with out staying there. Had to go find an other accommodation . Who can we contact to get our money back.

It was a major disaster, and this causes us to be late for the wedding.
