Apartament într-un bloc foarte frumos, piscină, lift,parcare gratuita și plaja relativ aproape, la 1km.

Der überdimensionale Pool, die zentrale ruhige Lage, der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Der Empfang war sehr gastfreundlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit Gefrierfach, Klima, Waschmaschine und sogar Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Alles war Tip top. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sirmione ist ein wunderschöner Ort und man kann dort hervorragend essen. Die Bootstour auf dem Garda See war wunderschön! Außerdem waren Mailand, Venedig und Verona gut von dort aus zu erreichen. Auch Borgetto ist eine Reise wert, ebenso wie Brescia. Besonders malerisch ist das Castello Scaligero mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Dort gibt es auch zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants in denen man besonders am Abend sehr stimmungsvoll sitzen kann. Auf dem Piazza Carducci gab es jeden Abend live Musik . Die Ausstellung dort I'm Palazzo Callas Exhibition ' FIT every size matters' hat uns gut gefallen. Wir werden sicherlich einmal wiederkommen.

Great apartment equipped with everything you need. The complex is private and situated in a beautiful, well-maintained environment with pleasant surroundings. All amenities and attractions are nearby, so if you prefer to stay local, there’s no real need to travel anywhere. We will definitely come back again!

swimming caps are required in the pool, it's very strange and uncomfortable

Host was super, he explained everything in apartment and made a tourist book. We had dish washer and oven in kitchen. Had a washing machine, hair dryer, iron. We had enough towels and linen in apartment. Really equipped apartment for longer stays and for families.

Toilet is little bit old but it is functional.

Very nice place to stay. Very clean with all the facilities.

I travel a lot, but such hospitality as from Sylvi and Nico is rare. From the moment we made the reservation, they guided us every step of the way as if we were their most important guests of 2024. :-). The apartment is equipped with every comfort and amenity. A definite advantage is the possibility to park the car in the underground garage or in the huge free parking lot in front of the estate. Perfect location – peace, quiet, no tourist crowds, yet close to the beaches and promenades on both sides of the peninsula and the center. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we highly recommend staying at the Sirmione Acque del Garda Apartments.

I didn't find any inconveniences.

The location was really good, not far from everything and an easy bus ride up the main street leading to the center. We had a car, and there were lots of spaces to park, nice and safe. The complex felt comfortable with a pool and loungers. The apartment was spacious with a large bedroom, queen size bed, lots of closet space and a sofa/futon bed but also a pull out if you wish. I found the sofa futon very comfortable and very large; only had to move some pillows aside and remove the sofa cover and the bed was ready. The apartment was very clean, spotless, and having a full kitchen with all the kitchen appliances and utensils necessary including stemware, pots & pans, electric kettle, toaster and even a microwave. There was a nice balcony which let's in the afternoon sun and we sat out there sipping on a glass of wine. There is even a laundry machine, a drying rack, an iron and ironing board. There was plenty of hot water. You couldn't have asked for more. Silvia thought of everything. The best part, even though the apartment was well equipped, was the service we received from Niccolo who met us with the keys and showed us everything we needed to know, including giving us his choices of restaurants and towns to see, and then meeting Silvia who was so very very nice and hospitable and even made reservations for us at a hard to reserve restaurant; we don't think we would have gotten a table without her help. It was a beautiful place not too far away but in the countryside with a winery and true home cooked traditional food from Brescia region. Arrive about 30 minutes before so you can enjoy the area (not a big place), and take some pictures of the hills, tower and the beautiful sunset if you get there shortly after 6:30pm for a 7pm reservation. Silvia came to meet us on the last day, which was very nice of her with her busy schedule, and wished us a safe journey back and gifted us with souvenirs, so very sweet of her!

The wifi was great, however the entire area had some trouble for phone service reception. But it didn't bother us much. We simply made calls when we left the complex.

This is a wonderful apartment, a wonderful hostess, we will definitely come back again!!!!
