Lovely 2 bedroom with a pool in front of the beach

Strand innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fahrstuhl hat funktioniert. Problemlose Einfahrt mittels Schranke und Fernbedienung zum Parkplatz. Wohnung entspricht von der Innen-Ausstattung her der Beschreibung und die Betten sind bequem.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Komplex, der komplett renoviert/restauriert wird. Baustellenlärm häufig ab 8:10 Uhr (Bohrhammer und Bauschutt-Rutsche). Keine Fußbodenbeläge außerhalb der Wohnung. Dadurch befördert man den Bauschmutz in die Wohnung. Stolpergefahren durch Baumaterial, Stufen usw. und man geht an einem Bauklo vorbei. Der Pool ist mit einem Bauzaun abgesperrt und hat sowieso kein Wasser. In der Wohnung funktionieren einige Steckdosen nicht und die Sicherung fliegt heraus, wenn die Elektroheizungen und der Backofen gleichzeitig in Betrieb genommen werden. Stühle durchgesessen und teilweise verschmutzt. Der Schwingstuhl auf der Terrasse fällt auseinander und hat schimmelige Kissen.

Bastante espaçoso, Bem equipado nivel cozinha, mas seria bem de ter um pano ou dois. O frigorifico funciona muito bem e espaçoso. Vista para o mar, e descemos rapidamente ao centro da vila. Lugar de estacionamento bastante util. Acessivel em viatura sem passar pelo centro. Aquecimento atraves de aparelho electrico portatil. Apartamento com boa limpeza.

Poderia ter produtos de higiene na Wc, para quem viaja de avião, bastante util. Tv com poucos canais, mas varias aplicacões diponiveis. Atenção, para o verão, sem climatização, mas com ventiladores.

Pedro couldn’t do more to help and accommodate us. It was a beautiful apartment in the most perfect location. 5 mins down to the beach and a pool pretty much to ourselves. It was so nice we extended our stay. All amenities were covered including boards for the kids for when we went to the beach. Spotlessly clean and just the most amazing apartment. Would come back in a heartbeat. It has the most beautiful backdrop over Sesimbra, so picturesque!
