Era un apartamento muy bonito , estaba limpio y en mes de Julio pudimos aparcar en la puerta, relativamente cerca del centro íbamos andando con el peque, todo genial

Limpeza falhou em pequenos aspectos. Chegamos e tinham deixado uma toalha da entrada do duche molhada e usada.

Good size, neutral decor, clean, good location

The pungent smell from the drain in the shower room which made the whole apartment smell of sewer & made going into the room very unpleasant. The cleaner came to put a solution in the drain & we were advised to run the sink and shower water on hot for 5 mins when the smell got really bad but it had little effect. This is the second time we’ve had a problem with a BnB in Setubel run by the same management company.

there was no key collection. a code is given on same day as checkin. you use an app on your phone to enter. The room is nicely fitted out in modern style.overall a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price.

It is lacking a few items in the kitchen - teaspoons and a few more things to aid cooking like wooden spoons and more bowls would have been helpful. it was helpful to have a washing machine but there is no rack to air the clothes. there is a bad smell in the bathroom from the plumbing. I believe the whole street has this problem now as there were trucks regularly trying to solve the sewerage issue outside in the street.

The property is conveniently located to the train/regional bus terminal. Downtown is easily accessible by walking. The park is a few minutes away with a couple of cafés, groceries at least 10 minutes away. The property can easily fit 3 people if needed as they have a sofa bed, modern interiors, well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, clean, sanitized and spacious bathroom. An additional delight is a sizeable tv, which helped us relax after a full day out. Outside noise/sounds didn’t bother us at night because we make it a point to bring white noise with to block out the possibility that exterior noise. Host was easily accessible and responds timely.

Clean and modern looking

No space to air dry clothes. Washing machine was not in English so could not use it. It would have been nice to be met at the property and shown exactly where everything is. How the woman I met at the office was very polite.

The apartment was close to the bus and train station, so location was good. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was cold in the apartment at night and very noisy because it's on a main busy road and people passing until the early hours!! There was an information booklet with plenty of do's and dont's, but no information on how to work the washing machine. It's a compact apartment, ideal just for a couple of nights.
