Graffiti outside when we arrived, hour and a half late access to property as there was no key in the lock box. Called and the cleaner came to the door after a while and said she was still cleaning at 5:30. no sofa covers.. bare foam cushions, dirty mattresses, pictures off the wall stacked on floor, shower mouldy and filled up.. poor drainage, couldn’t secure property front door from the inside, no lock on terrace door and men hanging over from the roof next door, initial complaint replied to in Portuguese with no offer of help or keys to secure the property. Very unsafe for 3 women. Nightclub directly opposite.. very loud at night and men shouting in the alleyway behind the property meant windows had to be shut and no air conditioning upstairs

Lo mejor la ubicación. Muy céntrico . No tuvimos problema para aparcar por la zona

El alojamiento necesita mantenimiento de pintura. El sofá no tenía funda durante nuestra estancia. No funcionaba el tostador ni la televisión. Las habitaciones de la planta de arriba no tienen aire acondicionado y hace bastante calor.

Størrelsen af lejligheden og altanen.

Der mangler stole, krus, tallerkner, bruseforhæng i badeværelset, der var kun aircondition i 1 af de 3 soveværelser. Lejligheden ligger ud til trafikeret vej og overfor et diskotek så der er larm døgnet rundt. Opgangen lugter, det er svært at låse dørene op og lejligheden var ikke klar til tiden. Kan jeg kke anbefale dette sted!

Hay que revisar el mobiliario. Faltaban sillas. Faltaban platos hondos y sartén pequeña. Nos fue imposible encender la tele. La tostadora no funcionaba, solo ocupaba sitio en la encimera...

La ubicación

El sensor de la entrada se enciende con cualquier movimiento desde la cocina y molesta. En el servicio falta de mampara o cortina en la ducha, falta de más baldas para colocar accesorios y falta de toalleros o perchas para colgar las toallas. En la cocina, una de las sillas está rota, el tostador no funciona y la tv. tampoco. Quizás se debería completar con algo más de menaje. En la habitación de la planta inferior, falta de enchufes.

Nothing.. there was nothing to like. We ended up not staying there as the place was not habitable.

The flat was in total disrepair with builders wandering through the apartment when we already had occupation. We arrived and quickly collected the key as per instructions from the agent and upon entering the lobby realised something was amiss as it was covered in builders rouble. Walking up the stairs to find the front door of the apartment open, with no lock, it was lying on the ground, and the builders wandering through the apartment. We called the rental agent and asked her to meet us at the apartment. By the time she arrived it was now after 5pm, upon which we were told they had no idea the apartment was in disrepair and only found out when the cleaning crew arrived to clean it. They said they sent me a message on booking.com. I check. A message was sent 3:58pm. Is that when the cleaning crew arrived? As this was our booking in time. We arrived just pas 4pm and had not seen that message as yet. Their initial response was to offer us 10% discount or our money back to now find other accomodation! By now it was well after 5pm.. as a consolation they offered us another apartment. When we got there we indicated to the agent that it smelled dusty... her response... no it's not dusty.. its the cleaning materials that smelled that way. It was dusty. The apartment was very poorly cleaned and maintained. The curtains has not been washed for months qnd reeked. All in all a disgusting experience rather to be forgotten. Do not use this agent.

Location, terrace, close to lots of amenities, short walk to water front.
