"Local muito agradavel na Cidade de Setubal junto á marginal do Sado."

Decoração e distribuição dos espaços muito agradável. Tinha o necessário para passar uns dias na cidade em caso de turismo. Bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Será bem melhor para o verão, pois está próximo do terminal de ferries para Troia e Comporta, e bem no centro da Cidade de Setúbal, junto á marginal.

O conforto térmico e acústico não é o melhor, possui equipamento de ar condicionado, mas apenas na sala. Fiquei em dias de tempestade da Kristin... o ruido de fora é muito acentuado... Como é um resultado de uma reabilitação de um edifício antigo, os isolamentos falharam, sobretudo quando estamos num primeiro andar face a uma via com algum movimento. O apartamento tem acessibilidade limitada, não aconselhável a pessoas com dificuldades motoras ou condicionadas.
