Sehr sauberes, gemütlich eingerichtetes kleines Studio (Beatrice Studio) mit schönem Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Gärten/Bäume. Willkommenspaket mit Keksen, Tee, Kaffee, Milch und Tabs für die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Modernes Bad und gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr gut gelegen in einem grünen Viertel von Shanklin, Park direkt gegenüber, ruhig und zugleich nur 5-10 Minuten zum Strand und ins alte Ortszentrum, Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Almost everything. Properly is stunning.

The only small issue we had was the toilets would continue to drip all night and the flushers didn’t work too well.

Perfect location. Quiet place 5 min to the beach. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Sea view. Sun in the morning. Full kitchen, washing machine. The bed was only 140 sm wide but the mattress is very good. Bed linen - ideal. No noise from other rooms. Good value. I definitely recommend. I will return! Thank you!

El sitio está muy bien ubicado, se puede bajar a la playa por una calle muy empinada, pero es la mejor parte de la playa. También está lejos del bullicio, y al lado de un parque, se pueden ver las ardillas rojas desde la terraza.

Quizás la pega que pondria es que el jacuzzi hace un ruido, como un zumbido, y eso se oye en algun dormitorio, pero como se apagan a las 22h, tampoco es grave. Supongo que se puede regular.

"Wonderful setting, clean, functional, but room for improvement."

Clean, convenient, fairly well appointed. Beautiful setting with woodland park to one side and coast just 5 minutes away. Wonderful sea view.

Too small for us - a reminder to check square footage in future. Having cooking facilities a couple of feet from where you sleep can only work if cooker extractor fan works - and it didn’t. Also, contact from owner should happen in first day so that genuinely assistance and offering of information happens in person. As you leave doesn’t seem helpful or sincere.
