"A Perfect Seaside Holiday"

Der Urlaub in der Shanklin Villa war super! Bereits im Vorfeld waren die Mitarbeiter:innen äußerst bemüht und konnten schnell Fragen zur Anreise usw. kompetent beantworten. Wir sind mit einem Code in das Gebäude gekommen, Schlüssel und Informationen zum Apartment lagen genau wie vereinbart in einem Fach. Der Begrüßungskorb war eine nette Überraschung, vor allem Kaffee, Tee und Milch für das erste Frühstück haben wir sehr geschätzt. Das Apartment war sehr schön und gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf das Meer! Es war auch nett, die freundlichen Housekeepers zu sehen und kennenzulernen! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Mülltrennungssystem war nicht zufriedenstellend.

The location was amazing, a very short walk to a great beach and sea front. The studio apartment was very well appointed with good equipment so you can do self catering properly. There were nice touches like local tea and biscuits as a welcome gift. Information before we arrived was clear and timely.

The bathroom needs a new extractor fan, that's it!

Location and facilities

The carpets need a clean, the kitchen scale a battery and extra towels would be great given we use the same towels for the hot tub and a shower and not enough time to dry properly. The doors are a bit dangerous for families with kids given they keep shutting.
