Highlands Apartment 3

The company was very helpful when I needed to change my booking. The communication was excellent and easy to follow all instructions. The property was more spacious than it looked on photo's. Bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and well equipped. The fridge size was perfect!!

Most spacious place I've stayed in. It was top quality a whole lot of space for the kids enjoyed every bit of the stay. Is located in a good and peaceful neighbourhood and the bus stop is really close by allowing easier travells by bus and it was truly a home away from home.

Keys sent to me as we were unsure of our arrival time. Very clean and well appointed apartment in a peaceful setting (given it was off-season), ideal for our intended purpose, which was for quiet study. It was also close to coastal walks which was how we spent our leisure time. So we didn't sample attractions or restaurants etc. Information was very full and the owners were very attentive - someone appeared to have fiddled with the heating controls and Adam came round in the evening to fix them. Also I was notified of practicalities such as changes of bus routes due to roadworks, which was very helpful.

Very few things - it would be nice to have a chair or stool to put clothes on overnight, hooks in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, and some rugs/throws in the living room to make it feel cosier. Also to supply tea towels and an oven glove; it seemed odd to have to bring our own when linen was otherwise supplied.

The property was warm, and had extensive information in a form of an easy to read booklet. The location was beautiful and very close to Shanklin Old Village.

The View, the space and how clean it was. It was organised and homely. And location was great!

The wooden bed frames. We all kept hitting our limbs on them.
