The apartment was filthy and neglected. Most electronics were rusted and barely functioned. The electrical outlets appeared unsafe, with visible damage in some cases. The building also has a serious pest problem – there was droppings all over. I would not recommend staying here unless urgent repairs and a full extermination are done.

The location is perfect, steps to the beach and walking distance to casino, restaurants and stores.

The mattress needs a topper, a little uncomfortable and another set of keys would be nice.

The location

The lock box was not marked and there were over 30 lock boxes on a fence, it was pouring rain and it took 1/2 hour for the contact person to help me locate and open the correct lock box. The room was dirty, there were no wash cloths, hand towels, paper towels or dish towels. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. No Coffee pot as listed. The bed was dirty, the top sheet not on the bed the pillows were too big for even a giant. WE WOULD LIKE A PARTIAL REFUND, WE COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER.

I was scammed by this person, I was calling for over an hour nonstop to get the room number and code to get into the lock box to get the apartment keys and got no response, host called and texted me an hour and a half after I was supposed to check in.
