Appartamento grande e luminoso, ottimo punto per visitare Siracusa e Ortigia ma anche x muoversi nelle viarie spiagge. Parcheggio non a pagamento e tendenzialmente sempre trovato anche sotto casa

"A hidden gem."

Very well set up. Spacious. 10 mins walk from station and most areas of interest. Great value.

The 48 stairs get a mention from most people. No lift. Rustic building but once inside it’s a winner.

"Comfortable and well equipped apartment"

Loft Marconi is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment, it's a few minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk to Ortigia. Communication with the owner was very straightforward using the Booking app or WhatsApp. The apartment is a perfect base to explore Siracusa and the area around. Highly recommended.

The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, it could be tricky if you have heavy luggage or bad knees. Traffic noise can be intrusive at times.

"Excellent accommodation if arriving by train for a short or longer stay."

Modern well equipped spacious flat, close to train station and 20min walk to historical sights of Ortigia. Excellent communication and directions from host. Good breakfast supplies including juice and milk in the fridge and coffee machine. Not a touristy area so reasonable prices in close by local restaurants. Good internet.

Shabby external areas and two flights of stairs. Some traffic noise through shuttered windows but not a problem for us as close to train station and other bonuses.

The flat is really comfortable, spacious and light, kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped, suitable also for longer stays, there's a lot of storage space and a nice balcony. Perfect cleanliness and communication with the host, and of course great position, close to the train and bus station but a bit outside of the fuss of the historical center.

The only thing is that if you're a light sleeper, it can be a bit loud because of the noise coming from the street. We were there when it was rainy so anyway we had to shut the doors and windows, but could still hear it.
