Die Lage war sehr gut. EInkaufsmöglichkeiten waren nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Oritiga konnte man nach einem 10-minütigen Spaziergang erreichen. Kommunikation lief problemlos über Whatsapp und wenn etwas gefehlt hat (z.B. in der Küche), konnte man sich problemlos an den Gastgeber Vincenzo wenden, der sehr schnell reagiert hat. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Austattung war funktional, es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Besuch in dem eigenen Restaurant in Oritigia kann ich ebenfalls nur empfehlen, es war sehr lecker!

Sehr nette und persönliche Gastgeber, die immer wieder nachfragen, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit ist oder noch etwas gebraucht würde. Sehr freundlich und engagiert. Und das selbstgemachte Gebäck der Mutter... Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Bardzo blisko centrum, przestrzennie, byliśmy tylko na jedną noc ale w 4 dorosłych i dwoje dzieci czulismy się komfortowo i było przestrzennie. Nie przerażać się klatka schodowa, dalej jest tylko lepiej.

Jak to często bywa w tej okolicy przy dwóch włączonych klimatyzatorach (w oddzielnych pokojach) i kapiącej się osobie wystrzeliwal bezpiecznik na głównym liczniku znajdującym się na dole. Nawet tego nie zgłaszaliśmy.

房东帅哥很好，提前联系我们说可能有雨，特地来火车站接我们。公寓位置优越，附近有超市，去奥提加岛步行只需十几分钟，生活旅游都很方便。去了房东帅哥的披萨店品尝了正宗的意大利面和披萨，非常好吃，结账时还给打折了。另外，房东妈妈做的小饼干真的很好吃😋

Vincenzo is really nice and helpfull all the time. And the place is really nice especially the terrace.

Clean and pleasant apartment, great location, Shop and bakery under the house. But the best here is the host! 🥰

Personale gentilissimo oltre che super disponibilie, ci hanno aiutato a sia a capire cosa vedere a siracusa che ci hanno dato delle ricette siciliane 😋. Posizione super comoda vicino a tutti i punti di interesse che si raggiungono facilmente a piedi in 10 minuti. Appartamento con cucinotto comodissimo. Torneremo presto per un soggiorno anche più lungo

Para 2 es perfecto el apartamento, para 4 faltan sillas, mesa para comer,... Tampoco había cubiertos para los 4

Proprietario di una gentilezza e accoglienza infinita, struttura centrale vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse di Siracusa, camera pulita e dotata di un terrazzino con tavolino e sedie molto accogliente, perfetto per momento di tranquillità in amicizia.
