The location is great and very close to the main activities in the Centro Storico. The place is equipped with tv, a lot of cloth hangers that might come handy, the AC's work very well. The host was helpful and responsive.

Some things were annoying. To start with, the entrance leading to the apartment is very dodgy, dark at night, and it feels as if you are entering an abandoned area. Too many stairs to go up, especially if you are carrying luggage. The balcony is quite a disappointment, and was not as i expected from the photos, it only overlooks a couple of roofs and a slight view of the sea from the corner. My biggest disappointment was that the parking. it is very far from the place, contrary to what I was made to believe. The marina parking is very expensive, second night i used talate. ~ Another thing, some new towels and linnen would help, as they looked quite old, overused, and need to be changed.

The space of the rooms and beds a little small for tall people

The location is perfect - near all the baroque buildings and the best sea food. The staff/owners are very helpful.

Nothing. But the flat - as it it up done twisty steps - would be a challenge for wheelchair users or anyone whose mobility is restricted.

Very nice, comfortable & roomy with 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen. Host responded quickly with any query. Great location.

The apartment was comfortable and the location was amazing. We were staying in the very centre of Ortigia, in the pedestrian only zone, so very quiet. We were surrounded by vibrant narrow streets full of interesting shops and restaurants, and very close to the two main piazzas; Piazza Duomo and Piazza Archimedes.

We had major issues communicating with the owner at the beginning of our stay, culminating in the rather scarey situation of nobody being at the property when we arrived and receiving no communication through the booking.com app despite us letting her know we did not have a local Sim card and could only be contacted when we had WiFi at our accommodation, and not by phone. If you have a phone you will probably be OK
