appartamento ben posizionato rispetto alle principali attrazioni di Ortigia. Facilmente accessibile dalla via principale e molto comodo rispetto ai parcheggi auto

Pulizia degli ambienti sicuramente da migliorare. Nessuna attenzione in merito alle necerssità basiche durante la settimana di soggiorno. Senza sufficienti finestre che potessero permettere un ricambio di aria naturale.

"C’è di peggio ma anche di molto meglio"

La posizione dell’appartamento é ottima e la struttura interna (mobili, bagno…) é completamente nuova

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche (con unghia e capelli) e per farcele cambiare entro sera abbiamo dovuto insistere un po’. La stanza puzza un po’ di chiuso/muffa ma niente di insopportabile. Il condizionatore si bloccava spesso e volentieri. All’aspirapolvere mancava un pezzo quindi era inutilizzabile e non avevamo neanche paletta e scopa. Il cortile interno é minuscolo e difficilmente accessibile. Ed infine la struttura per 4 persone é decisamente piccola, alla fine si tratta di un monolocale anche se dalle foto non sembra!

Ottima posizione

Siamo tre adulti come comunicato e il terzo letto era inadatto per un adulto, un letto arrangiato, L'ambiente poco pulito, e non funzionavano ne il televisore ne la wf.

Posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare Ortigia e le zone limitrofe. Proprietari disponibili e veloci nel rispondere. In seguito al verificarsi di un guasto, i proprietari hanno rimediato in breve tempo

Stoviglie ed accessori migliorabili. Sebbene il locale sia ristrutturato, rimane il fatto che sia molto piccolo, privo di finestre adeguate, e collocato su una stradina interna poco illumimata, per cui gli odori (di cucina, umiditá o altro) sono difficilmente eliminabili, inoltre la zona é piuttosto rumorosa. Rapporto qualitá-prezzo migliorabile.
