Palazzo Gancia holiday homes

La situation de l'appartement est au bord de l'eau et près du palais aux bout de l'île. Depuis là, on peut tout visiter à pied. L'appartement est bien assez grand pour 2 personnes et le chien Willy de la maison est très gentil. Il nous fait la fête à chaque arrivée.

Idealna lokalizacja (stare miasto, a zarazem przy morzu). Apartamenty z wyjściem na wewnętrzny dziedziniec, który daje większe poczucie prywatności i bezpieczeństwa (dodatkowo przebywa na nim super przyjazny labrador Willy - dzieci miały przyjaciela od pierwszego dnia). Pokoje duże, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba. Właściciel szybko reaguje na każdą wiadomość, jest pomocny. Lodówka z napojami (minibar) to dodatkowy plus. Cale szczęście, że takim miejscem zarządza prywatny właściciel. Duża firma od razu zamieniłaby to miejsce w drogi hotel, który straciłby duszę.

Jedyną rzeczą do której można się przyczepić, to rozkładana sofa (dla czwartej osoby) - materac zdecydowanie nadaje się do wymiany, nawet 7 letnie dziecko się w nim zapadało. Uważam, że wygodne łóżka, to podstawa udanego wypoczynku.

Wat een prachtige locatie. Je loopt de deur uit en staat over de zee te kijken. Het gebied is alleen voor parkeervergunningen. Hierdoor is het lekker rustig met verkeer en kan je veilig en relax buiten lopend Parkeren kan vlak bij in een parkeergarage of met valet parking. Aan de rand van een geweldig mooie stad. Veel mooie bezienswaardigheden, terrassen en restaurants. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader om heen te gaan!

Central place Beautiful home (during warm season)

The property was extremely cold and humid. The few A/C machines were completely insufficient to create a livable temperature. The host wss responsive, but not taking seriously the discomfort an underestimating the needs of a livable temperature.

Great location right on the sea front. Sebastiano was very helpful. Willy is a delightful dog.

Accommodation was a little spartan - eg very basic furniture, stark lighting, insufficient coat hangers. The inclusive breakfast is at an excellent cafe in one of the main squares, but nearly 10 mins walk from the apartment. Be sure to ask for details because they are not provided automatically. And in a cold March/April, the heating provided was barely sufficient.
