Supertolle Lage direkt an der Spitze der historischen Altstadt am Meer. Sympathischer, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Schöner Palazzo. Leckeres Frühstück am Archimedes-Platz

Kleinigkeiten, z.B im Bad eine defekte Duschehalterung für die Handbrause. Aber bei dem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gibt es nichts zu meckern.

L'ampiezza dell'appartamento, la vicinanza del lungomare di Ortigia, la facilità di raggiungere tutti i principali luoghi di interesse, la colazione in una delle migliori pastticcerie inclusa nel prezzo e la disponibilità dell'host.

La pulizia può essere curata con maggiore dettaglio.

住宿房间确认很大很宽敞，离海边很近，交通没有大问题，房主给提供代客泊车收费服务，很尽心。卫生间很干净。

我认为房间空调通风不是很好，屋里有潮味，自来水水质也很差，水有一股子咸味儿。厨房里的东西我们基本没用，也没法用。说好了提供早饭，等回复时，已经是十二点，早饭没吃上。

A very special building - old palazzo - right by the sea with several spots for swimming within a few minutes walk. Situated in the historical centre with all possible sights to see within a walking distance. There is a bus stop in front of the building so getting to the railway station is easy. Very spacious apartment

We were travelling off season and it was a bit spooky to be in the palazzo all by ourselves. The owner send a message "see you tomorrow" but we never saw anybody during our five day stay. Except a friendly dog - we felt so sorry for him, all by himself most of the time during off season. We had "breakfast included" but it meant a café some 500 meters away. Very strange.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt am Meer. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Zimmerservice sehr hilfsbereit. Alles, was nicht gepasst hätte, wurde bald zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst. Und der besondere, liebe Hund Willy hat bewirkt, dass die Atmosphäre sehr familiär war.

Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können.

De este Palazzo te enamora su guardián Willy, que es el que nos recibió y acompañó los dos días que estuvimos. El sabor decadente también te enamora. Y las recomendaciones del anfitrión-no anfitrión se agradecen :)

Al principio te sorprende tener que salir a desayunar fuera, pero llegar a la Plaza de Arquímedes con esa fuente de Diana maravillosa y el personal fantástico de la cafetería Arquímedes … puede mucho más. Así que este punto, no es negativo. Ojalá no nos acostumbremos a no ver a nadie en nuestros alojamientos.

En plus de l’emplacement central, nous avons apprécié la cour intérieure, la beauté des sols et la déco.

Great location and we love Willy greeting at the door every time we came back.
