The apartment was just like the pictures. It was also quite spacious and we found it clean. I loved that it had the essentials that a lot of AirBnB's have; dishes, cutlery, iron, iron board, a fan, and a heater. It's in a quieter part of Hatfield yet you're still central and have easy access to shops.

The WIFI was quite slow. I was able to put in my Showmax login details but not able to watch anything.

The cleaning staff took our things we left by mistake, and lied said they didn’t take anything but fortunately the Owner replaced it by send us money😊
