Hôte disponible, enregistrement facile (boîte à clés), quartier calme et facilité et gratuité du stationnement. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Ortigia.

Propreté des lieux laissant à désirer... rideau de douche trop long et espace insuffisant pour se doucher. Oubli d'un set de serviettes... eau froide à 3 minutes de douche! Le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas au rendez-vous (40 € pour deux dans de telles conditions...)
