"Sconsigliato: no assistenza per i problemi"

Il letto era comodo e il riscaldamento andava bene.

Non ha funzionato la caldaia e non c'era acqua calda, e la proprietaria alle 22.00 mi ha consigliato di andare altrove con una bimba di 5 anni al seguito. Nessuna voglia di risolvere il problema, e nemmeno di rimediare anche con un semplice rimborso parziale. Neanche una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo.
