The Location was perfect. The apartment was stunning. Roomy, with a roof terrace with an amazing view. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower only.

There was no welcome pack. No emergency numbers, Doctor Dentist Pharmacy. This a real basic welcoming requirement. Could not even switch on the T.V. Kitchen is small so self catering is restricted.

The location is stunning with beautiful terrace, the apartment is spacious, with the very good air conditioning. Paola, the host, was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

The terrace is the best element of the apartment. We could stay there all day. Breakfast with castle view. Sunbathing with the sea ⛵🌊 view. After 17:00 you could have dinner in the shade, and the same magnificent view. Paola, the owner, was very informative.

The terrace wasn't clean and needs restoration. The house was clean but there were some ants.

Paula is very friendly and helpful, we loved the apartment, great location - what more could you want!? And a brilliant sea view from the terrace. Grazie mille!

Poala was a great host. She communicated with us before our arrival and waited for us at the apartment. She gave us a lot of useful information about Ortigia and surrounding area and helped us with our booking of the Mt.Etna tour. The place was very nice and very quiet but at the same time right on by the sea. The rooftop terrace was great. Great house, comfortable beds, great location but even greater host!! The location was exceptional, the roof top terrace was lovely with an incredible view. Access was great with limited stairs to reach the apartment. Everything was close by and within walking distance. Mattresses were comfortable but see below for further comments. The owner spent a lot of time showing us where everything was on a map, including markets and restaurants.

Kitchen was not really usable. Very tiny, tired and not overly clean or well appointed. No decent coffee maker, just a small, one cup Bodum and a one cup Italian coffee maker (boil on stove). Bath towels and bed linens were old, tired and rough. There was a rubber mattress cover on each of the beds, which caused us to perspire in the night. Showers were small. Overall, with some refurbishing and renewal of linens, this property would be exceptional. Some of these comments were relayed directly to the owner, who took them to heart.
