The only issue we had was the U-Bahn Station next to us being so loud in the night when we were trying to sleep.

Was great. Closer to a small city center, Train over the street. Safe parking spot behind building (Very good if u have a rented car and don't want some scratches or idk). Supermarket at 2 minute walk, calm zone, few cars, people are quiet and nice.

For the room we rented, you can`t let the windows open to get clean air and leave the property because we stayed at the pedestrians level floor and yea.. someone can enter through window and steal stuff. It didn`t happened, neither while we stayed there, the window was "fully-open" and no one took a look or something but its just a matter of fact that it could happen

Location perfect!!!!. Close to any kind of restaurants and shops and off course tramway!!!!!! Just across the street!!!

Nothing special, just average apartment !!!!!
