Perfect location( just 3-400 meters away from Garda Lake, in Lugana di Sirmione, quiet area). The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor reachable by stairs or elevator. It is perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or maximum 2 small children. The big balcony where to have something to eat or just to relax. Fast check-in (the owner waited for is to show the apartment and to give the keys). Great air conditioning A lot of parking lots around the building, all for free.. Just a few km away from beautiful Sirmione.

The smell inside (someone smoke in the past and the smell is still there) The courtain that takes place of the bedroom door is absolutely useless and ugly....I recommend giving up of it.

Modern place, fully-equipped apartment, very nice host. Easy-access parking available next to the building. There is a public beach within walking distance, but the main Sirmione attractions are quite a ways away. We took the car to a free parking lot in Colombare, then took the shuttle bus into Sirmione.

The bed is not that comfortable and we found quite a few ants in the bathroom.
