Great space for 2 adults and 2 children. Well equipped and walking distance into Eichmond. Really reasonably priced.

The septic pump is a bit annoying.

House is lovely and warm without the heat pump and very tidy. Septic tank is a bit loud but we were use to it by day 2. Close to the main center and everything else.

Beds were very comfy

Whenever the water was being used (shower, kitchen, toilet, tap in bathroom) the pipe would make a loud noise.

Lounge suite and beds were comfortable. Heat pump kept things cozy. Walking distance to bar and fish & chip shop

No washing machine no expell air fan in kitchen

Location was great

The noise from the downstairs water pump was quite aggressive and unexpected

The apartment was very comfortable to spend time.in. The owners were very obliging and nothing was a problem and they did everything to make our stay pleasant

It didn't have Sky TV

Place was well set out and furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were great and parking was fine.

Information called it a ground level apartment but it was more of a basement with absolutely no outlook. Also nothing was mentioned about the septic system for the bathroom and whole house. Couldn't run any water if the power went off which it did for about 40 minutes. Also the septic system makes the loudest noise any time someone runs water or uses the bathroom which was very inconvenient. Couldn't flush at night because of the noise of the system. Also the shower opening was tiny. Good job we could all fit through the door.
