Condition, location, parking and welcome were amazing…. Not withstanding the cake! The neighbours were also very engaging… and a leisurely 5 minute walk to both the station and square…

Nothing whatsoever

As soon as we walked in, we could see the high standard to which the property had been finished. Everything we needed was included. It was really light and airy with lots of space. The bed was comfortable and heating was easy to change if needed. The comfortable sofa bed was great too. The apartment is close to the centre of Richmond and the castle. Some great walks by the river to be had, too. It felt safe and secure and we had a wonderful stay. The lemon drizzle cake, that was there for us, was absolutely delicious!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Great location with off road parking. The apartment very clean and well equipped.

I can't really fault the property personally. Perhaps a little more tea and coffee provided would have been appreciated.

What a beautiful property in the centre of Richmond! Extra bonus of having a private parking space as well. Ben was excellent at communicating and made sure we were happy with everything once we had checked in. Lovely spacious apartment with attention to detail. The bedroom felt very large and roomy. We would definitely return here. Thank you for the cake as well. A delicious added bonus, much appreciated 🙂

Honestly could not fault this property. Ben & Eileen were exceptional hosts who contacted us before, during and after our stay to ensure everything was ok. Lovely touches like a lemon drizzle cake, teas & coffees & a pint of milk in the fridge for us on arrival. The apartment was spotless and having a parking space so close to Richmond town centre was a real benefit. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone else.

There was nothing negative I could say about the property- it was perfect.

The apartment is beautifully furnished to a high standard. It has all the amenities that you would want or need. Very central to Richmond with lovely restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the owner is great , arrival and departure very smooth.
