Very dirty

enjoyed the site, quiet and secluded tvs in the caravan were working amazing

more heating, caravan was very cold even with the fireplace on more plug sockets would be useful

Park location was a good base

Caravan was very dirty we had to wash dishes,cups and cutlery before use, floor was dirty did not look as though caravan was cleaned recently debry left under beds . Cupboard under sink was very dirty not been cleaned in some time when we oped cutlery draw above smell was bad.Caravan very wet mould in various areas both my self and son in law have Asthma we left with bad chests.The two plug in heaters were poor .End bedroom condensation running down wall at end of bed.Moisture traps throughout property were all full .When using the gas cooker it was making loud noise it felt unsafe even just using one ring. Smoke alarm was not working.We took photos of mould and dirty items etc as when reading online reviews host seemed to be negative towards people who left honest reviews. It was agreed we would book in for 1600 we never received access details I contacted host who said I needed to send ID again (I had sent day before) my moan here would be the host could have messaged before I contacted them to say send over ID again as we were due in @1600 .

The beds in they need new ones but apart from that is a nice Carvan

Good value for money, short distance to skegness and mablethorpe, well equipped kitchen, bonus of WiFi, additional smart TVs in 2 of 3 bedrooms so the ability to connect to the likes of netflix, amazon prime etc on the sofa or in bed giving it a more homely feel, additional heaters

Beds uncomfortable, the whole vans in need of tlc but nothing that affected our 3 day stay

The heaters wasn't enough to warm the caravan
