Location is great. Manager’s were easy to contact.

The WiFi provided didn’t work wasn’t informed there is/was another WiFi number to use if 1st one isn’t. Gym was locked not usable.

Prime location, just a very short walk to a semi private beach that dead ends at a beautiful cove. The muelle is less than half a mile walk up the beach, where you can ride horses, dine, and shop. The Mama Mia restaurant one site had very delicious food where the kids could play on playground while we waited.

There was nothing to cook or clean with in the kitchen. I don't expect to have to purchase cleaning supplies, salt, and cooking oil while on vacation. There were also not enough towels for our group, and the internet does not work. Also the pool could use a renovation, lots of broken pool tiles that were a safety concern with the kids.

Walls are dirty. Throw pillows were used for pillows in the bed. Room has a smell. Screen sliding door is broken. Bathroom sink is clogged up

Great location if you are looking for a non-party atmosphere, exactly what I needed for my family, safe and peaceful. The location has rules and security, both of which make it safe and peaceful. You do need keys from security for Gym, tennis courts, a bit of jumping through hoops as you need to leave an ID or DL but the price you pay to ensure no one from outside comes to enjoy those benefits. The location is a 20 minute walk to downtown or a 5 minute drive. The unit was sufficient for our needs, small but efficient for our needs. 3 TV's, Wifi, all good. Kitchen was just about what we needed but you will need to buy some supplies. The unit overall was nice and a very good value for the location and amenities. I'd go again and rent this location. My kids complained about only 1 bathroom, that's a great point. For 5 of us, it was just perfect.

Unit 76 needs some up keeping . Smelled bad absolutely no extras provided like hand soap in the restroom no extra sheets , pillows or blankets for extra sleeper. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days and 5 guests. No broom to sweep the extra sand brought into the house from the beach . Sink in bathroom backed up , they had 2 old sofa pillows for top bunk .. DO NOT STAY IN THIS unit . After I messaged owner of apartment to atleast provide hand soap they left an old soap bottle with 1/4 full .

Great condominium in a secured condo complex. Very clean and well set up for our family. The pool was nice and warm, given the weather was a little cool. The Wifi and TV access was great as there is one in each room and we were all able to watch our preferred programs. It is close to the tourist region of Rosarito and walkable if you have no car. There is no ocean view from the condominium, however it takes no more than 2 minutes to walk to the shore line where we caught some amazing sunsets.

We had to provide our own paper towels and coffee filters. There was no broom/cleaning supplies available or replacement trash can liners. We did have to provide our own toiletries (shampoo/conditioner) and pool towels. This wasn't a huge inconvenience as we had a car and there are markets nearby to purchase what we didn't have. There is no ocean view from the condominium, however it takes no more than 2 minutes to walk to the shore line.
