SEA VIEW CASA ANNA SORRENTO

The location is stunning as it is literally upstairs from the water front. Walking distance to the old town, quite a few stairs but I like the added fitness aspect to travelling. You can rent sun beds by the waterfront and the local supermarket has amazing paninis for lunch on the beach. Lots of cute restaurants on waterfront for dinner or lunch too.

This apartment is in a prime location in Marina Grande. Right on the sea front with fantastic views and high enough away from the restaurants below for them not to bother you. The apartment is large, spotlessly clean with all decor and fittings looking like brand new. The host has thought of all the things you need for an enjoyable stay. There was coffee and tea and a few surprises on arrival, which made it very homely. We loved staying here. Elisabetta, the host and owner, was fantastic before and throughout our stay. Quick responses to questions and keen to help with trips, best restaurants etc. A lovely and friendly lady. 😍

Quite a few stairs to the properly but nothing too drastic.

The apartment is ideally located in the Marina Grande, with beautiful views overlooking the bay of Naples. There are numerous bars and restaurants close by , buses that go to the centre of Sorrento, as well as a taxi stop point.

Beautiful location on Marine Grande. Lovely authentic Italian area within easy, if steep, walk to Sorrento town centre. Appartment is comfortable and quiet. Elisabetta was in regular contact and a great host.

The view from the balcony of the property was amazing. This was the highlight of our stay aside from the excellent restaurants situated very near the apartment at Marina Grande. In fact the owner of the property runs a family restaurant called Five Sisters, and it has the best Spaghetti bongole .

The property lies above a very steep stairway. In fact the apartment is on the third floor. So for the physically impaired and senior citizens this might pose as a problem. Please be mindful that the host charges 6 euros for extra/new towels even if one stays for more than one day. In other words, you only get a set of towels when you check in.

Perfect space with terrace to enjoy the view.

Lots of stairs to get to the room with the luggage we had.. next time we will travel with less.

For us this was a perfect apartment!! The location was excellent. It is located at the marina grande, which is just lovely with a couple of restaurants, a supermarket, a beach, and still away from the tourist crowds. You can leave the car parked at the apartment and do everything by foot. You can reach the centre of Sorrento easily by foot, where there are even more restaurants. You can walk to the other harbours to take a ferry to Capri for example. Elisabetta - the host - really helped us a lot. She was very clear in her communication via What's App. She is very very friendly!

Parking was a bit tricky. Elisabetta made sure we had a parking spot - which was great -, but is is not so easy to park your car in it as parking is very limited there. It is also best to not move your car once parked, because you will lose your parking spot. So do everything by foot from there!

The location is awesome. Great places to eat at the door Elizabetta was an excellent host who was more than happy to give us info on Sorrento and events happening over the Easter weekend. She can arrange transportation form the Train stations in Sorrento and Naples. She has contacts for private tours og the Amalfi coast and Capri. She is available by whatsapp and responds within an hour.

The apartment was just like the photos -spacious , very very clean with everything we needed for a very happy stay -the view was amazing from the balcony ! Elizabetta’s communication from the initial booking to heading home was excellent with clear instructions -she even booked a driver for us to the Amalphi coast which was as described and gave us plenty of time to see the sights and enjoy a delicious lunch -Thank you Elisabetta -you were an excellent and helpful host ! See you again !
