"We loved our stay at Suncot"

We've been travelling for 7 weeks in Europe and the UK, and this is one of the best properties we've stayed in. Helen is certainly the best host we've encountered. She could not do enough for us and the little extras provided on our arrival were very much appreciated. The apartment is in a great location in Salcombe, well-appointed and with parking right outside the door. Sensational views of the estuary. We loved our stay.

Location and extremely well equipped - View across the Estuary was amazing and 5 mins walk and you are in the middle of everything. Hosting was amazing - Helen couldn’t do enough for us. 🙏

"Superb"

Our second stay at Suncot - Great apartment for 2 people. Very clean and well equipped - also the parking space is a great bonus as many holiday lets in Salcombe do not offer this. The grocery starter pack which also included a bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch.
