La ubicación, instalaciones, servicios, picina, limpieza... excelentes. Pero lo mas destacable es la atención de Jane, resolviendo con rapidez cordialidad y responsabilidad cualquier problema que pueda llegar a presentarse

The location is convenient

The sanitation of the apartment have many problems The bathroom inside the master bathroom is old and dirty, the bathroom outside is usable but old, not really good maintenances. We could not dear to step in with bare feet. Getting inside saw a cockroach which I tried to kill it and left at the bin, but the cockroach might be still alive and escaped when the staff went to check after we left the room (too panicking to stay). There were ants at the baskets for utensils and dishes. We didnot take photos of it because we tried to convince ourselves to be patient to stay in the room. Anyways, the room was not meet the standard of sanitation, particularly bathroom without the basic maintenance. Bed decoration looks rusty. Everything inside the apartment seems not to have no one stay for a very longtime, then just dirty.

I would like to commend the service. It was prompt, clear and helpful. Though there were an issue, the rest of the experience was very good. I truly recommend this place or any other properties managed by them. Property was nice and clean. Facilities was stellar. Superb location.

The co-host Ms. Jane was very nice and fast respond... The room was nice, cozy, clean, and comfortable.. Everything in the room was well maintained... The location is strategic, right in front of a mall, so it was easy for you to get whatever you need

The bed in master bed room was nice and beautiful, but the height is too high for Indonesian people, so it was quite hard to climb to the bed.. LoL... :-)

Great location and convenient.

There was only one power outlet in the kitchen but if I use it the power to the apartment would go off. As a result I could not cook anything. I would recommend fixing the outlet and preferably add one more. Also please add a toaster.

Location was good. The apartment was clean and cosy.

The towels were too small. The master bathroom was smelly and the door can’t close properly. The bath tub was also clogged, the water doesn’t drain quick.

I stayed in this apartment in 2019 and 2020, booked via Airbnb. And it’s been great to be back in Trillium apartment. This is a great place to stay in Surabaya center. Located in CBD area and very close to everywhere. The apartment is clean, spacious and bright. Love the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and the gym. The balcony located on 21st floor is amazing, you get too see Surabaya’s view. Definitely will be back again to this apartment.
