Cliff Top Apartment 3 Bedroom

Spacious accommodation with all facilities we required. Pleasant reception staff.

The place in general was clean and tidy though in need of some TLC in most rooms. The bed in the middle room was very hard and the mattress didn't fit the bed.

The apartment was spacious and more comfortable than we expected, also walkable distance to all attractions in Shanklin. My family loved the stay here!!

It was very spacious with beautiful sea views. We enjoyed a well equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and a nice, large dining table. I traveled with 3 other ladies and it was great to spread out. Some beds were firm, and some soft, and there were plenty of pillows and towels. Loved having bedroom TVs to watch in the evenings. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning, and it was very good. Parking is tight, as it is everywhere but we always were able to find a spot! Salma was wonderful about booking our ferry tickets at a reduced price. They charge a service fee for that, but overall we still saved a lot. Loved the Isle of Wight and Shanklin!

All of the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Thankfully the bedrooms had tvs so we just watched from bed instead of the living room. Very relaxing! Sink is so tiny in the master bathroom, that using it always resulted in water on the floor. Not a huge deal, but messy!!

Great views of the sea, lots of space, well equipped kitchen. It was good that we were able to use the hotel facilities if we wanted to. Lovely garden with plenty of seating, all you can eat breakfast and evening meal options were available, pool table in garden room, bar facilities and lovely conservatory to sit in and enjoy the fabulous views.

The shower room extractor fan didn’t work and one of the lights in the shower room didn’t work. The mattress, in the bedroom next to the lounge, could do with replacing as we kept rolling into the middle of it! That said, these were only very minor niggles that we told Salma about and she was going to get someone to look at them.
