Cliff Top Apartment 3 Bedroom

The rooms and apartment were very clean excellent location very spacious apartment

The hotel is named differently on here. The keys were not in the key safe. Had to ring to ask where they were and then someone came to meet us. There was no Wi-Fi as stated and we wasn’t told it was an upstairs apartment my dad does have trouble walking but luckily he’s not in a wheelchair yet. Pictures on here show balcony with see view, we did have a view of the sea but not as shown on picture’s it’s a little disappointing. We had communal garden and bbq.

Majority of it, spacious, great location and view, , homely, great facilities, kids loved it.

The carpets and some walls were just a little worn and tired, in need of a bit of Tlc, everything else, fantastic. Would go a lot more often if the price was a little lower. And more choice with TV for a rainy day.

Plenty of space for all that were sharing the apartment. Sea views were nice. Parking available by apartment and on the road.

Location was hard to find as hidden away could do with advertising a bit better tried to call the number given no answer as wedding going on at hotel . No key in lockable box outside 2 guys outside got us the key knew the key code which was a little worrying . Security of the building poor the front door before the stairs to apartment didn't lock and front door to apartment could easily be broken into. Maintenance of the property was poor I.e boiler not been serviced in 2yrs and didn't work properly. Worktops in kitchen dirty grease down the side of cooker. Hairs in the shower, dirty bed sheets ,makeup pieces left under the bed from last occupants. Whole property could do with a lick of paint fixtures and fittings fixed for next occupants.

The location is brilliant right next to the beach, the apartment is spotless and we have everything we need plus, Salma is such a lovely, hard working perfect hostess. Lots of places to eat along the beach and very clean. Walking distance from the Shanklin Chine and the idyllic Shanklin town.

Though property is next to the road, felt difficult to identify exact entry point. Display signboard is required to make it easy
