Exactly what we needed for a break by the sea!

On arrival was bread milk biscuits and wine it was a lovely surprise there was everything you could think of in the apartment from cleaning products to bathroom toiletries and even phone chargers! Although as we regularly go to self catering we take our own supplies but thankyou fir the wine 🍷 x Was a lovely comfortable place.

The building entrance was clean but very old building so can't be helped about peeling paint and the smell of damp but when we were leaving the windows into the main entrance were being replaced. I found the step up to the toilet a bit strange but managed.

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate my mum’s birthday, and it’s honestly been such a lovely little escape. The apartment is so cosy and peaceful — we instantly felt at home. Waking up to the sound of the sea and that beautiful beach view was just perfect. Everything was spotless and so thoughtfully prepared. You can tell how much care has gone into this place — every little detail made it feel special. Thank you for creating such a warm and welcoming space. We’ve made some really lovely memories here, and my mum couldn’t have asked for a better birthday stay. With love, Sana & family x

The double bedroom smelled of damp.

Great location, could watch the waves breaking over the sea wall. Enough places to eat locally and breakfast at the Sandside was excellant, great start to the day.

Plates in the kitchen, plastic o'k for kids. Had fun with the TV remote controls.

Perfect location for everything in Sandsend. On the beach in 2 minutes and 30 seconds to bus stop to Whitby. Everything you could need is in the apartment. Very clean and well appointed. Tried to extend my stay for an extra night but understandably it is well booked up.
