A delightful studio apartment overlooking the river in Sandwich. Well equipped and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Great pubs a stone's throw away along the wharf..

A perfect crash pad for a couple of days visit to this beautiful little town. Right near everything. Parking permit issued on arrival. View of the river. Very clean, well equipped apartment. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and salt and pepper provided. Very attentive and friendly owner who lives upstairs. The apartment shares the front door and hallway but is completely separate from the owners accommodation.

You can hear the footsteps of people moving around upstairs but it didn't disturb us at all. The bath towels were quite small.

"A lovely place to stay in the heart of Sandwich"

The host communicated so well with us! The written instructions covered everything. The unit is well supplied, clean and very comfortable. Groceries and restaurants are in easy walking distance. There is easy to use free parking which is not easy to obtain in Sandwich! It was very quiet.

Excellent location, everything you need in this lovely small apartment. Private parking just out side the door, spotlessly clean..all perfect. Can recommend Boatview Yard
