Casa molto grande e ben fornita. Le stanze però sono dislocate in due zone separate per cui si ha la zona notte matrimoniale da un lato e le due stanze a letti singoli dall'altra. Occorre perciò passare dal soggiorno ogni volta.

Era indicata la presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice ma non era vero. La casa è molto scricchiolante, ogni passo al piano di sopra o nel soggiorno creava disturbo.
