Position All facilities in the toilet(shower gel, champoo ecc...)

The check out was too early (at 09:30) and the woman wanted to charge us more to let us do the check out later. Drier was not working

Good central position. Host very helpful. Took us personally to find carpark.

Problem with hot water, only enough for one shower!

Small but good for 1 or 2 people with adequate facilities. Comfortable bed- fabulous location.

Building work directly opposite the apartment- noisy. Very steep irregular stairs are a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

location is brilliant, lots of space in the apartment, and facilities were excellent - great Wi-Fi, washing machine, fridge etc

it may well be the style of all properties in Ortigia, but it has very steep steps that are not suitable for older travellers, or those with an injured leg 😄

The studio is very clean and the bed is comfortable. All the main attractions of Ortigia are very close by, within a walking distance. Patrizia was kind enough to find us a free parking spot, 2 minutes away from the location of the apartment.

Everyting was fine.

the state of the apartment was ok, the power outlets were not all properly installed, and the kitchen was not as big as on the photos

Location was great; just minutes from the Temple of Apollo and easy walking distance to sights in Ortigia.The hostess, Patrizia, met us at the free public car park at the bridge just before you cross in to Ortigia. She commandered us a space within minutes and guided us to the apartment. Patrizia is a great hostess. The apartment was nice; decent bed and bath facilities.

As others have mentioned, the stairway to the apartment is narrow and steep. If you have mobility issues and/or large pieces of luggage, then this may pose difficulties for you.
