Very spacious and clean apartment, with beautiful garden. Located in a small town, but very well connected. We highly recommend this place!

An excellent base for exploring Siracusa and the surrounding area. New, spacious and very well appointed apartment with a nice private outdoor setting. Fabio is a very accommodating host.

The property is finished to a very high standard. It is bright, very spacious and comfortable. Private secure parking within the property is a real bonus as parking can be a big problem in the busy touristy areas. It is situated in a quiet residential location only 13 minutes drive from the centre of Syracuse and a short walk from the small town of Belvedere which has butchers, supermarket, pharmacy etc. It is also less than a 10min drive to a beautiful modern shopping centre. Having our own private garden to sit in, where the only sound was bird song, was a lovely restful escape after a day of visiting the many nearby places of interest and beaches. Also being able to pick the most delicious oranges from the trees in the garden was a real treat. Our hosts Fabio and Valerie were very welcoming, kind and attentive to all our needs and could not have done more to make our stay a more pleasant and comfortable one.

everything is superb

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and also very spacious. Perfect as a base for exploring Siracusa and the surrounding area. We loved having such a big kitchen and took advantage of it by either cooking at home or getting take away all nights that we were staying there. The outdoor area was great for having a drink at night. We also appreciated being able to park our car just outside the door of the apartment. The hosts were extremely kind and gracious and were quick to reply to any questions that we had. We would definitely love to stay there again if we're ever in the area.
