Mar Apartment

The location is outstanding, and the host had a lamp on and a towel warming on the rack for us - it was a really lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. They also sent a list of great recommendations before we arrived.

Our stay at the apartment exceeded expectations, it is beautifully furnished throughout, very clean and feels like home immediately welcoming and relaxing. My son and I enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. The hosts are lovely, respond quickly to any questions before arriving, they even sent details such as local shops and their opening times and things of cultural/historical interest . The flat’s location is perfect, a stones throw from Stirling’s old jail and Stirling Castle. Staying here has completely opened my eyes to apartment staying and we were so lucky to find the Mar apartment. Feeling sad today as it is time to go but I am sure we will be back! ☺️

The location is ideal for exploring Stirling, close to the town centre and close to the castle - both of which are within walking distance. The flat is also very accessible being on the ground floor. We loved the fact that it was properly a "home from home", and had previously been the owner's family home

We loved it all, and have booked another two night stay next month.

Perfect location! Flat was immaculate. Bed was so comfy.
