Die Lage war super, die Wohnung hatte Caché und war sauber. Die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei.

Die Angaben zum Parkplatz im Inserat stimmen so nicht. Es gibt auf der Insel Parkhäuser die bis zu 25 Euro pro Tag kosten (haben wir nicht benutzt) und gelbe Parkplätze die für "residence only" sind und nicht benützt werden dürfen. Wir fanden einen gratis Parkplatz auf dem Festland ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Zusätzlich zum Gesamtpreis mussten wir vor Ort noch eine Gebühr von ein paar Euros entrichten, was im Inserat auch nicht vermerkt war.

Il bagno al piano superiore e bisogna passare dalla camera da letto per andarci. Casa adatta per una coppia o al massimo con un bambino ma non per 4 persone

Posizione centrale , comodissima per vivere Ortigia appieno . Appartamento ampio e pulito , molto comodo per 4 persone. Check in e check out con interfaccia con host , facile ed efficace .
